This is a book written by a Professor to his children.  He wrote this book before he left the world.  I would say these are the last words he left for his children.  Each chapter is written as a lesson, pointing out event that a person might encounter in one's life.  It is a great book for teenagers of all ages.  Through reading this book, you can learn to live without making some mistakes and you won't walk into the wrong path.  
As an adult myself, I read the book and somehow it helped me to reflect on my past and think through things that I have done and remind myself what I should do if I am to encounter the same situation or facing the same problem again in the future.
Lastly, Student, Just Enjoy It, see what a guy has to say before he leaves us.
